Ronnie (sales associate) was very helpful and not at all pushy. The whole car buying experience was easy. There was no one pushing you into something you didn’t want, no one was trying to upsell anything. It was a quick, enjoyable experience.

Andrea, was outstanding.. stayed diligent and true to her word. A great experience except I left with a quarter tank of gas and it cost $122 to fill it up. Never bought an automobile that wasn’t filled up on purchase. I do have to say this was never discussed just an assumption on my part. Otherwise, a great dealership to deal with.

Our salesman was Ronnie Thompson. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us in every possible way. We had a lot questions. He answered our questions and didn't get upset. At one point we thought we would do a trade in. Then it became clear that buying the car without a trade in was the better offer. He and the finance manager worked very hard to get the deal we wanted. Everyone there was nice. I freak out with high pressure sales. I didn't feel that way with our salesman. Go see Ronnie!

I've had work done a few times on my Volvo and I have always been happy with the service. Dakota is very friendly and does a great job of explaining the work that needs to be done. I used to drive to Dallas to have work done on my vehicle but not any longer.
I recently purchased a used SUV from Matthew at Jay Hodge in Hugo, and I am very pleased! Matthew made everything easy, and answered all my questions. I made a short trip yesterday and had some user issues come up. He just now showed me how to resolve those issues. If I have to buy another car in the future, I’ll go back to Matthew at Jay Hodge!!! Took my car in for AC blowing hot air they checked it out and let me know same day the problem. They turned it in on warranty and got the parts ordered and had my car back and AC working great in a few days. Thank yall for the speedy service

The sales part was great but the truck had an issue and getting to drive it hasn't happened yet no updates so I had to go back up there to get one instead of being kept in the loop so until I actually get my new truck or hear updates with it having to go up there this is the best I can give as for the photo to add i don't have the truck i bought in in a loaner

The men in the service department are very nice and accommodating. They got me in as a walk in for an alignment on my truck and the wait time for the alignment was very reasonable. Everyone kept checking on me in the waiting area and even brought me a water. 🙂
