Very kind employees. Knowledgeable, clean facility. They are really nice sale people they didn’t try to sell us something we couldn’t afford and they worked with us to find our best fit. And the oil changes are quick and painless they check all the fluids and make sure it’s good to go.

Highly recommend the Jay Hodge Hugo dealers service especially Chad Camp. I had an issue with some DEF error codes on a 2020 Ram 2500 while rving at Broken Bow state park. Chad worked us in immediately, looked at my truck and recommended some options to consider. Chad was prompt, professional, personable but not pushy. I haven’t been to a Ram dealership that I would trust as much as this one since buying this truck new 4 years ago.

Michael, the general manager, is outstanding at providing top notch customer service. Due to this dealerships outstanding response to a situation we had on a used truck I purchased, I will be giving them a shot at every truck purchase I have from here on out. I live 3 hours away and really like to buy local but with this dealerships customer service and all around great deal on my particular experience I will very likely be a return customer in about 200,000 more miles. Last year I bought a 2021 Nissan kicks from here It was probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever dealt with I have good credit they got me with zero down with warranty didn't take long at all I was super happy The guy I dealt with is no longer there but I have also bought a vehicle for my son through Colton White and he took real good care of us

Classic used car salesmen. Sold my sister a car on a snow day when they said they couldn't fix her car. Then when she could drive it she didn't like it at all. $26,000 she took it back they would not give her money back. They didn't have anything better than what they sold her so they put her into a $35,000 car that she couldn't afford and took off $6,000 the trade in value of the one she just bought from them.
